Just had a baby and thinking about getting back into exercise? The Women’s Jogging Network run 10-week courses for new parents and their babies. The instructor, Irene McDonald, has over 10 years’ experience in coaching, and is a UK Athletics Level 2 Group Event Coach specialising in endurance running. Sessions focus on brisk walking/jogging with your buggy, and exercises such as squats, gentle pushups and exercises with bands. Classes are run at Bellahouston and Kelvingrove Parks.
