Nothing better than Pilates to get your abdominals and pelvic floor back into shape after having a baby. The next block of SJ Fitness’ postnatal Pilates classes will start on 16 September 2008 at 12pm. Classes are held at the SJ Fitness studio at 12a Sandyford Place in four-week blocks, and you can take your baby with you.
